Living in mini format<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The desire to spend time in pristine nature in a small space using simple means is not a new idea. However, this concept has certainly been reinforced with the Covid pandemic placing it in the focus of attention again. Experiencing the wilderness up close without having to forego the comforts of modern life, gave birth to the idea of the mini house, or tiny house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A while ago, a former work colleague, a construction manager, approached me and inquired whether I would be interested in developing a mini-house with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our collaboration, various modular floor plan solutions were developed. The smallest Tiny House has a floor area of approximately 23m2. These became larger by increments of approximately 2m2. The largest variant has a floor area of 51m2, which includes two covered patios at each end, front and back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All floor plan versions are equipped with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a living room including sitting area<\/p>\n\n\n\n

integrated kitchen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

one bathroom, with WC, shower and washbasin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

double bedroom with built-in wardrobes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optionally with covered terraces as entr\u00e9e and link to nature<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The advantage of the Tiny House is that you live and reside on one level. The house is designed as a cuboid with covered terraces at the ends. One does not have to do without heating and power, as the walls, floor and ceiling comply with the passive house-standard and on the roof, there is space for a photovoltaic system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The modular design ensures easy overland transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
